While you breathe, your lungs get in oxygen from the air and bring it to the bloodstream. The cells in your body want oxygen to work and develop. Through a usual day, you breathe almost 25,000 times. People with lung disease have trouble breathing. Millions of people in the U.S. contain lung disease. If all kinds of lung disease are lumped simultaneously, it is the number three killer in the United States.
The word lung disease refers to many disorders distress the lungs, like asthma, infections like influenza, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia and tuberculosis, lung cancer, and several breathing problems.
