Kidney Transplantation

Kidney transplantation is also called as renal transplantation. A kidney transfer is an operation that places a well kidney in your body. The transplant kidney gets over the work of the two kidneys that failed, and you no longer desire dialysis.

Through a transplant, the surgeon places the new kidney in your lower abdomen and joins the artery and vein of the new kidney to your artery and vein। Frequently, the new kidney will begin making urine shortly your blood starts flowing during it. But sometimes it takes a few weeks to start functioning.

A lot of transplanted kidneys come from donors who have died. Some come from a living family member. People who have transplant should take drugs to maintain their body from rejecting the new kidney for the rest of their lives.
