Insomnia - a hard time falling or continuing asleep
Sleep apnea - breathing breaks through sleep
Restless legs syndrome - a tingling or spiky feeling in the legs
Narcolepsy - daytime "sleep attacks"
Night terrors, Nightmares, sleep talking, sleepwalking, head banging, wetting the bed and crush your teeth are types of sleep troubles called parasomnias. There are treatments for most sleep disorders. Sometimes just having normal sleep habits can assist.
