A pressure ulcer is also called as a pressure sore, bed sore, or a decubitus ulcer. A pressure ulcer is an injury caused by continuous pressure. Injure can expand from the skin to the underlying muscle and bone. Pressure ulcer can develop from babies to older people. Pressure ulcers can occur for the most parts of your body. The most familiar sites for pressure ulcers are over the lower back, the heels, hips and the buttocks. Good diet is very essential for the normal functioning of your body. Poor diet does not source of the pressure ulcers but it is very hard for the pressure ulcer to cure if you are defectively nourished.
