Minerals

Minerals are very essential for your body to live healthy. It helps for many different jobs in your body, including building bones, making hormones and also regulating your heartbeat.
There are two types of minerals. These are: macrominerals and trace minerals. Your body wants larger amounts of Macrominerals. They consist of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, sulfur and chloride. A just small amount of trace minerals needs your body. These consist of iron, copper, manganese, zinc, iodine, fluoride, cobalt, and selenium. Though eating a wide variety of foods your body gets minerals. In some cases, your doctor can suggest a mineral supplement.
