Many things affect your health. Some you cannot control, like your genetic structure or your age. But you can formulate changes to your way of life. By taking steps on the way to healthy living, you can help shrink your risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and other severe diseases. For example,
See your doctor for regular basis, not only when you are sick
Keep a healthy weight
Eat a variety of healthy foods, and limit calories and saturated fat
Be physically active
Control your cholesterol and blood pressure
Leave smoking
Save yourself from too much sun
