Anemia

Anemia is also called as Iron poor blood. If you have anemia, your blood does not bring sufficient oxygen to the rest of your body. The most general reason of anemia is not having a sufficient amount of iron. Your body wants iron to formulate hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is an iron-rich protein that provides the red color to blood. It takes oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.
Your iron could be too low for the reason that of heavy periods, ulcers, colon polyp, pregnancy, colon cancer, inherited disorders or a diet that does not have sufficient iron। And also anemia cause from not getting enough folic acid or vitamin B 12। Blood disorders like sickle cell anemia and thalassemia, or cancer may also lead to anemia.
Anemia can make you feel weak, dizzy, cold and irritable. It is recognized with a blood test. Treatment based on the type of anemia you have.
