Food Allergy

Your body immune system causes a food allergy. It is an unusual reaction to a food trigger. Sometimes food allergic can cause serious illness and death. Tree nuts and peanuts are the most important causes of deadly allergic effect called anaphylaxis. Sometimes a reaction to food is not an allergy. It is often a reaction called "food intolerance". It does not cause any symptoms by your immune system. Though, these symptoms can seem like those of a food allergy.
