Hygiene

The term "Hygiene" refers to practice associated with make sure good health and cleanliness. The technical term "hygiene" refers to the protection of health and healthy livelihood. The term come out in phrases like personal hygiene, dental hygiene, occupational hygiene and domestic hygiene and is regularly used in association with public health. The term "hygiene" is resulting from Hygieia, the Greek goddess of health, sanitation and cleanliness. Hygiene is as well as science that treats with the support and maintenance of health.

Hygiene is the follow-up of maintaining the body clean to avoid disease and sickness, and the prevention of contact with infectious agents. Hygiene follow-ups contain bathing, flossing teeth and brushing, washing hands particularly prior to eating, before eaten washing foods, cleaning food preparation utensiles and outside before and after making meals, and many others.
