Exercise

Exercise is the act of movements in regulates to grow or maintain physical fitness and overall health. It is regularly directed toward also perfect athletic ability or expertise. Everyday and regular physical exercise is a significant part in the prevention of various diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, Type 2 diabetes, back pain and obesity.

Exercises are commonly classified into three types based on the whole effect they have on the human body:

Flexibility exercises like widen develops the range of motion of muscles and joints.
Aerobic exercises like running and walking focus on rising muscle density and cardiovascular endurance.
Anaerobic exercises like weight training or running boost muscle mass and strength.

Physical exercise is considered main for maintaining physical fitness as well as healthy weight; improving healthy bones, muscles, and joints; supporting physiological health; sinking surgical risks; and strengthening the immune system.
